Lover's Lane

Welcome to Lover’s Lane, a stunning project located in Dallas, Texas. Starting with the exterior, a complete remodel was done by removing the existing stone and going with a stucco front. The results? A stunning exterior with eye-catching windows and a beautiful landscape.

Immediately entering their home, guests are welcomed with a timeless checkered tile entry. A space-expanding artwork and tasteful chair further elevate its airy yet private setting.

Invoking a feeling of serenity and focusing around an Indiana Limestone fireplace, a welcoming family room features a versatile sofa, shapely accent chairs, and beautiful water artwork. Built-in shelving showcases a personally curated blue-and-white collection.

Next to their family room, the open concept space plan leads to the dining room. A focus of this remodel was to create a space where the family could gather together. This rounded dining table was the perfect setting with stunning chairs and an incredible beaded chandelier above. Tasteful dutch doors provide light and an airy feeling, creating a beautiful environment for connecting.

Then, heading over into the open kitchen, beautiful green paint is incredibly eye-catching. A chic, tasteful mix of wood and painted drawers gives further visual texture and dimension. Blending open and closed shelving, there is ample storage throughout the space, creating a functional, sophisticated space.

Near the kitchen is a sitting area, perfect for lounging and spending time together while meals are prepared. This space is easily the most used in the home.

Next is His office, a handsome, dynamic space. Inspired by an original art piece and cityscapes, this room features a beautiful blend of organic curves and sleek, crisp lines. A one-of-a-kind zebra chair gives texture while the eye-catching sofa adds an inviting and striking color.

Created from a love of board games and soft yellow, Her office is an tastemakers space. A curved, Pluto Marble desk provides space and incredible organic texture complemented by functional rolling chairs, plush seating, and a statement chandelier. The painted ceiling is a favorite, with an elegant added trim line.

Inspired by an original artwork, the Primary Suite showcases a soft color scheme and stunning plastered ceiling. Its look of simple sophistication is truly timeless.
Moving into the bath, an incredible pink slab is the focal point. A mix of gold and silver hardware, wall-to-wall mirrors, and a chic vanity create an elegant space.
